IFA-YLP Advanced Facilitation Training for Local High School Teens Active in YLP

The goal of Advanced Facilitation is to develop the advanced skills to run workshops and facilitate dialogues with ease at T.I.D.E. 2010. In addition to honing your facilitation skills, you will learn to recognize and assess difficult situations and learn strategies for handling them. You will learn how to give helpful feedback and utilize self-reflection. This training is for any YLP participant who is interested in facilitating at T.I.D.E. 2010 or for next year or future years. Anyone active in IFA's YLP who is thinking about enhancing their experience and participating in T.I.D.E. is strongly encouraged to attend.
Remember to please email Tabitha May-Tolub if you are attending. Sunday, March 21 from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM, at the Foxboro Y located on 67 Mechanic St. in Foxboro, MA. Vegetarian snacks provided!
Note: in order to participate in this training, all YLP teens must have active status in the Youth Leadership Program. To have active status in YLP means that this year's program fee has been paid, your on-line general program registration has been done and all consent forms submitted to IFA, PO Box 200, Sharon, MA 02067. Check with Betsy if you have questions about your status.
