YLP Goals
- To reflect upon individual values and beliefs and communicate these beliefs respectfully to others
- To promote personal growth through reflection and engagement with diverse groups of people
- To facilitate discussions that encourage youth to communicate respectfully and provide a space for personal growth
- To organize committees and community programs run by youth that address the specific needs of the community
- To cultivate a culture of pluralism in which all community members are actively engaged in conversations with diverse groups of people and better understand the values and beliefs of others
